Using QuarkXPress and Photoshop, I help produce 84-page news magazine (Washington Report on Middle East Affairs).

Helped produce six history magazines (Military History, World War II, America's Civil War, Aviation History, Wild West and Vietnam) as well as special "one-shots" and calendars, books, etc. Also responsible for troubleshooting Macintosh- and PC-related hardware and software problems.

Operated typesetting/graphic design company for more than seven years.


  • Married the same woman twice.
  • Hit eight (8) home runs in a row during a softball doubleheader in 2000 A.D. at Braddock Park.
  • Eldest son asked me to be his best man at his wedding! 
  • Daughter excelled at University of Mary Washington in the pre-Med curriculum! Now the owner of Fredericksburg Fitness.
  • Men's 40+ softball team, X-Treme Impact, won ASA Nat'l Tourney, Bloomington, IN, Sept. 15-18, 2002.
  • Member of 1972 Little League World Series team (Vienna, Va.)
  • Selected to Second Team All-America, ASA National Men's Masters 40-Over Slow Pitch Softball Tournament in Montgomery, AL, August 24, 2001.
  • Men's 50+ Major softball team, IMS Dogs, won 4 National Titles in 2010. Count 'em: 4!!!
  • Selected to First Team All-America, ASA National Senior 50-Over Slow Pitch Softball Tournament in Burlington, North Carolina, September 3-6, 2010.
  • Men's 50+ Major softball team, IMS Dogs, won 5th National Title August 12-14, 2011. One for the thumb!
